Mission of Hope Clinic is committed to providing quality healthcare to those in our community who are uninsured and underserved. We’re able to do that only because every year volunteers generously share hundreds of their hours with us and because generous individuals, churches, businesses, and agencies provide us with financial gifts, donations of supplies and services, and grants that address one or more healthcare needs.

Even with all this generosity, MOHC can provide only low-cost (alas, not no-cost) care. All patients must pay for each  office visit before they can be seen in the Clinic and any additional tests or services must be paid before leaving (no tests or additional services will be provided without the patient’s knowledge and approval). Patients unable to pay at the time of their appointment will need to reschedule.

Patients enrolled in programs like Show Me Healthy Woman that require proof of income, must provide that information before they can be seen for their appointment. Proof of income includes check stubs for the last two months, SSA Disability, Unemployment Benefit Notice, or previous year’s tax return.
